A quick smoothie recipe


- Handful of frozen berries
- 3/4 strawberries (frozen or fresh)
- 3/4 of a banana 
- A few spoonfuls of  natural yoghurt (or frozen yoghurt)
- A dash of milk (add more if too thick) 
*optional* a dash of fruit juice 

Blend it up. Bish. Bash. Bosh
